Items can take anywhere between 1-10 days to make - depending on how busy we are. Please note that this is production time - see below for postage times.
Items with Express Post purchased will be made first.
We post via Australia Post.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We now offer free postage on most of our smaller items within Australia.
Everything  will be posted via regular post (see below on how to upgrade to express) which comes with no tracking number and generally takes between 3-10 business days from when your item is posted to when it should receive it. Once we have posted your item, we take no responsibility in loss or delay of your item when posted via regular post. You will not be able to get a refund, or a replacement item sent.

Express Post can be added to you cart for an extra $9.00. This type of postage does come with a tracking number. This will get your item to you within 1-3 business days of posting. (Please check the Australia Post website to make sure that your area is within their express post area to guarantee this postage time) Please remember this can be found as an actual item in the store - so you will need to add it to your cart before you get to the checkout.


INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
International postage is a flat fee of $8.00* on most items, no matter how many products you buy. This postage price will get you regular postage which comes with no tracking number and generally takes between 7-14 business days from when your item is posted to when it should get to you, although it may take longer if it gets held up at your countrys border/customs. Once we have posted your item, we take no responsibility in loss or delay of item when posted via regular post. You will not be able to get a refund, or a replacement item sent.

Express Post can be added to you cart for an extra fee - please contact me for a quote. This type of postage does come with a tracking number. For International customers this will generally get your product to you within 3-5 business days from posting, but may take longer if held at the border by Customs. Feel free to email us prior to ordering to check express post times to your country. 

*Some heavier & bulkier items may incur a high postage fee.
