A: Yes! Yes you can! Please use the codeword PICKUP during checkout. I will then contact you once your item is ready for pickup.
If your order is eligible for free postage already - then when completing your address during checkout, just make your street address 'PICKUP' so i know not to post it.

Q: How much for a cake topper that says: _____
A: To find out pricing, please visit the Cake Topper section of the website and find the style you are needing (keeping in mind, most designs have multiple font, colour and material options once you are in the listing).
Each listing will state the price for each material (eg. cardstock, wood, acrylic).

If you have particular wording that you would like for your cake topper, that inst already one of our designs, then please purchase the 6" CUSTOM Cake Topper (any words), or the 8" CUSTOM Cake Topper (any words) depending on what size you are needing.

Q: Can you make this item, but in that colour?
A: Yes we can! You can find a colour chart in each listing (the last photo). Please let us know any colour/s you would like for your item in the notes section at the checkout.

Q: How big are your items?
Each item varies - especially the ones that can be personalised with names and words. please contact me if you need specific sizing, if it is not already listed in the description.

Q: I want a specific size Cake/Cupcake topper. Can you do that?
A: I sure can - at the checkout, leave a note with either the height or the width you desire.

Q: My item hasn't arrived yet, can I have a refund or can you resend my item free of charge?
A: If you only purchased regular post, then no, we are not able to offer refunds or resend items as stated under our Postage terms. If you purchased express post then we are able to refund, resend, or give you a store credit for the total cost of the items.
